Featured in the programme are the stories behind many of Dolly's biggest hit songs, including how she came to write I Will Always Love You, 9 to 5, Jolene and Coat of Many Colors, as well as a look at her movie career with films such as Steel Magnolias and The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas.
