Paramedics are called to a man who has had a seizure, but they are warned by the control room that the patient has a history of being abusive toward ambulance crews. In Bromsgrove, a paramedic team treat a man who has been coughing up blood and complaining of a loss of sensation in one leg. He may have a blood clot on his lungs which could stop him breathing.
