Boisie and Joan buy an engagement ring while the police search for the missing Stubbs painting at Boisie's store, but find nothing and Joan is adamant that they have to get rid of the artwork and go straight. As the law closes in, Boisie struggles to find a buyer for the painting and turns to Albie for help, while Joan is dreaming of her own business.
