Ainsley Harriott is joined by chefs Yvonne Cobb and Rupy Aujla at Tyntesfield in Somerset to see who can create and cook the Dish of the Day this time. Ainsley collects greengages and plums for his brioche French toast, chargrilled plums and cinnamon creme fraiche, Yvonne adds delicious flavour hacks to a creamy tarragon chicken and French bean salad with roasted rosemary potatoes, and Rupy talks up the health benefits of his grilled mackerel, roasted apple, radish and chilli and pea pesto.
