John Fuller, the President and CEO of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, goes undercover in his own firm. Six years earlier, he did the same thing while he was CEO of 1950s diner chain Johnny Rockets. In disguise, he meets a barista, a shift supervisor and a general manager to check just how efficient his coffee shops really are.
