Documentary about the Lake District Mountain Rescue Association. From paragliders crashing into the mountainside, to scramblers who have fallen down waterfalls or adventurers becoming lost in the tunnel systems of disused quarries, the volunteers will drop everything to head out to the hills and bring home the lost, injured and stricken. In this episode, the team is dispatched to help a man with a dislocated shoulder at the popular Eskdale Pools. Miles from the nearest road, the challenge of how to transport him to a hospital is a dilemma for team leader John.
