West Orchards guards Paige and Mark have eyes on a gang acting suspiciously in one of the centre's premium stores, with Lewis and Keith arriving as back-up. In Newton Abbot, Tom receives a call about a man claiming a refund for electrical goods, despite not having a receipt. The man claims it's all a misunderstanding, but the security team in control room review the footage to uncover the truth.
