A tribe of perpetually happy fuzzy-headed creatures are kidnapped by a race of giants who intend to eat them. The princess of the clan escapes and plans a rescue mission - but to save her friends, she will need the help of a grumpy troll with a loathing of music who has rejected their joyful culture to live as a loner.
