The fiery chef comes to the aid of Anthony Trobiano, whose restaurant in Great Neck, New York, is failing even though his partner's parents have given him their life savings and he has taken out half a million dollars in loans. Gordon has some harsh criticism about the unhygienic kitchen and the quality of the food being served, but the owner has trouble accepting his advice.
