Steve is involved in a dangerous high-speed pursuit of a car stolen in a burglary. The fleeing driver ditches and runs, but will the police chopper be able to keep him in their sights? Claire and Tom deal with an abusive drunk driver who is clueless about what he has done wrong, rookie Omar tackles a fence-hopping suspect whose antics have left him with a slashed hand, and Steve tracks down a car suspected of being involved in a robbery.
