Watford builder David Simpson has a fight on his hands when his long-term tenant moves her boyfriend in and suddenly decides to stop paying - and when he tries to evict her, she makes life difficult. In Woolwich, lawyer Chris Sharpe helps a client whose property has been taken over by squatters, who have changed the locks and claim they are legitimately renting the house.
