Joint owners of BrewChimp Indian Social Club David and Raj are first to host in Manchester, hoping to wow their guests with their Indian tapas street food. Second hosts, owner Mark and head chef Dawn from the Wild West-themed Old School BBQ Bus, hope to tantalise with their Texan-themed menu. Alan and Michelle from One Plus Chinese Restaurant host the final night with yet another barbecue.
