The competition gets under way at Acqua Beach in Weymouth, where Charlotte Weaver and her best friend Lucy Falkingham hope their quirky design and decor makes them stand out from the crowd. But Stephen thinks the price is far from right and Derek and Lynne take exception to the decoration. During an afternoon of sand sculpting, things get personal for Adam and his partner Susan Lewes, then at dinner Derek upsets Charlotte with his comments on her design choices.
