The chef heads to Italian family restaurant Sabatiello's in Stamford, Connecticut, where the owner's fiery temper upsets the staff and has left him more than $1million in debt. Gordon's help is urgently needed to get customers back through the door, but the restaurateur does not take kindly to criticism and closes the restaurant down when his employees turn on him.
