Reality

The celebrities are tested on their knowledge of tropical fruit and asked to make sweetcorn fritters, smashed avocado and a poached egg in just 20 minutes. Professional chef Sabrina Gidda arrives to show the contestants a few tips, before challenging each of them to serve up one of her favourite recipes. Finally, they have just 60 minutes to cook a single dish inspired by their favourite restaurant delivery before Gregg Wallace and John Torode decide who will be going home.
