Ainsley Harriott is joined by chefs Daniel Galmiche and Ruby Bhogal at the Wimpole Estate in Cambridgeshire to see who can create and cook the Dish of the Day this time. Ainsley digs up some spuds for his quick flatbread pizza with Charlotte potatoes, rosemary and chilli rings, Daniel brings his French fervour to a pork chop with courgette, tomatoes and cavolo nero, and Ruby celebrates her Indian heritage with her mother's Indian spiced lamb kebab rolls with onion, mint, chilli and coriande.
