Kirstie Allsopp meets professional musicians Molly and Sam who are looking for a two or three-bed home to grow into as a family but the properties they like are selling quicker than Kirstie can show them or already have offers on the table for 50,000 over asking price. Phil Spencer works with London born-and-bred Barrie and Tash who have moved four times in 20 years, buying to renovate and sell as a way to work their way up the ladder to their final dream home.
