It's not business as usual at Barnsley Casualty today - it's chaos. All of the IT systems in the department have gone down, so Consultant Dave Walker takes charge of the situation. Meanwhile, motorbike courier Marius, 33, has had a head-on collision and is in serious pain. He's taken to radiology to have his badly damaged wrist and leg X-rayed.
