Brent Council officers find a severely overcrowded house in north London, while Harrow Council try to help a family forced to sleep in a single room due to leaks coming from the roof. Their landlord is reluctant to complete the work and has instead served them with an eviction notice. Plus, the case of a Birmingham landlord who wants rid of his troublesome tenants, who have not paid rent for more than a year.
