Documentary following the work of medical emergency teams in the A&E department of Barnsley Hospital. 18-year-old Dalton is assessed by Nurse Boothroyd as he is struggling to breathe, and 32-year-old Michael is rushed in after being involved in a serious motorbike accident. Elsewhere, a 27-year-old patient with a rare condition needs special attention.
