A teenage girl visits the surgery to get a contraceptive implant, and Milford and her sister Elizabeth pop in to see Dr Raeed for a social care review following Milford's stroke. Jayshree has come in for a gynaecological exam, and a lack of oestrogen is causing severe pain that Dr Tatham is able to appreciate immediately upon examination.
