A girl with situs invertus, a very rare congenital condition that has caused her internal organs to be reversed, has a consultation, and Dr Kahn senses that she wants to talk about her fears but is finding it difficult to do so. A woman who suffered from a stroke 18 months earlier visits the surgery, and an 11-year-old comes in to try to find out the reason behind her nosebleeds.
