Julian Norton visits a familiar patient - a house pig called Pigley Scott, who screamed the place down last time he to the came to the practice, and has now had a horse tread on his trotter. Peter is called out by father-and-son farmers to see their young bull Roger. They're depending on their prize stud to serve their herd, but they're worried about a large lump on his neck - which Peter fears might be a tumour.
